The newly updated Cottage Blue is adorned with quaint-white shiplap throughout, antique flooring, doors, ceilings and many other special features such as the original fireplace in the living room. Amazing modern features and designs have brought this cottage to life while preserving the history and charm of the 160 year old home. The majority of custom furniture and lighting is proudly sourced from True Blue Home including Moss Studio seating, English Farmhouse furniture, Visual Comfort lighting, Schumacher and Les Indiennes drapes.
The spacious 1,400 sf home includes one bedroom and one full bath, a spacious living room, a large dining room with seating for 6, a fully equipped kitchen, a large back covered porch and separate screened in porch off the kitchen. Cottage amenities include WIFI, satellite TV, central AC/heat, cozy linens and a luxury Saatva mattress. Independence Coffee, all natural bath products and local breakfast treats are also furnished for guests.
The cottage rental is for the full property and accommodates overnight stays for up to 4 guests maximum with the following arrangements:
- Master Bedroom (California King bed) & Attached Bath
- Living Room (Queen foldout sofa)

Rates
The Cottage Blue is $235.00 a night (based on double occupancy). Each additional person beyond 2 is $40.00 a night (maximum 4). A hotel occupancy tax and $100.00 cleaning fee will be added to each rental. There is a 2 night minimum.
Round Top Antique Weeks (Fall and Spring), Chappell Hill Scarecrow Festival (October), Chappell Hill Bluebonnet Festival (April) and 4th of July rates are $350.00 a night (based on double occupancy). Each additional person beyond 2 is $40.00 a night (4 guests maximum). A hotel occupancy tax and $100.00 cleaning fee will be added to each rental. There is a 3 night minimum during Antique Fair weeks.
